Athlete Foundation Training (9-12yrs old.)
Geared specifically toward the athlete, 9-12 years old. Training will introduce the elements of performance, with emphasis is on the fundamentals of movement, functional strength, athleticism, and injury prevention. Foundation Training includes parent discussion to enhance awareness on the developmental spectrum over the upcoming years. Designed as an 8wk progression, athletes can re-register for the program to achieve increased levels of development.
